Shipping Times
The orders will be sent immediately to the printing facility. Depending on what type of print was ordered, it can take 1-7 business days to print. Once completed, the print will be securely packaged and shipped in accordance to your shipping preference.

On average, it will take 7-12 business days from when the order is placed for the prints to be delivered to your address.

Note: if you’ve ordered multiple print types (ex: one luster paper print + one canvas), they will arrive in different shipments.

International shipping is available. Costs will vary.

Return Policy

All sales are final.

The printing company (Darkroom Technologies) holds no inventory, so every print is custom made on a per order basis.

If you want to make a slight adjustment to your order or cancel it, we sometimes have a window on the same day depending on how quickly the print house is processing orders, so reach out to support@darkroom.tech ASAP! Otherwise the prints will already be in production.

What if there is a problem with my order?

If your print arrives damaged or you receive the wrong order, email support@darkroom.tech + hello@tristanolivia.com with an image of your damaged/incorrect prints + packaging along with your order number; a reprint will be issued immediately!

Does my print come with a frame?

All prints are available to purchase in:
-Luster paper (boarder or no boarder)
-Canvas
-Metal (100% post-consumer recycled material)
-Framed (multiple colors)
